Why is this important?
For customers that pull leads, which we recommend that you all do, this report is very important. It will show you how active your sales team is and where there are gaps in performance.
Example: You might not have enough agents or salespeople to cover times when you get an influx of leads, like early in the morning and you might have too many salespeople and not enough leads in the evenings.
You can see when they started working leads, when they stopped, and how aggressive they were during their work hours.
Date the salesperson starts to pull their first lead and the date the salesperson pulls their last lead.
