As an administrator, you can regulate the leads your sales team work by state. This is perfect if you have NMLS State licensing you want to enforce, or decide to enforce leads worked by region. The leads a user can pull is evaluated off the state value specified in the system field of state

User State Criteria

  • Navigate to More > Settings > Setup User State Criteria

User State Criteria

  • Navigate to the appropriate user and select the Pencil icon. 

Edit State Criteria

  • Select Change Selected States. Add the appropriate states and select Save. 

Note: Any changes made here will automatically update any recipients within your Distribution Strategy.
